一、项目区位I.ProjectLocation
前海位于广东省深圳市西部，珠江口东岸，毗邻香港，规划为未来的粤港澳深度合作示范区和城市新中心。
QianhaiislocatedinthewestofShenzhen,GuangdongProvince,ontheeastbankofthePearlRiverEstuary,adjacenttoHongKong.ItisplannedasafutureGuangdong-HongKong-Macaoin-depthcooperationdemonstrationzoneandanewurbancenter.本次招标共包括三块开发建设用地与一处绿地与广场，包括10-01-02、10-01-04、10-01-06、10-01-05地块及部分道路用地，其中10-01-02、10-01-04、10-01-06地块规划用地功能为新型产业用地（M0），10-01-05地块规划用地功能为绿地与广场用地（G）。Thisbiddingincludesthreedevelopmentandconstructionlands:10-01-02,10-01-04and10-01-06,aGreenSpaceandSquare10-01-05,andsomeroads.10-01-02,10-01-04and10-01-06areplannedtobeM0(NewIndustrialLand),and10-01-05isplannedtobeG(GreenSpaceandSquare).3小镇位于前海自贸区的前湾片区十单元01街坊，听海大道与前湾三路的西侧，总用地面积.5㎡，总建筑面积约㎡，计容建筑面积㎡。ThreeTownsarelocatedinblock01,unit10,Qianwanarea,QianhaiFreeTradeZone,onthewestsideofTinghaiAvenueandQianwan3rdRoad.Thetotallandareais.5㎡,thefloorareaisabout㎡,andtheFAR-countedfloorareais㎡.

前海深港现代服务业合作区，承担着支持香港融入国家发展大局的重要历史使命。前海十单元3小镇项目是前海为支撑深港现代服务业产业深度合作而谋划的其中一个重要空间载体，重点面向深港专业服务业、数字经济产业、总部经济产业以及总部经济项目等提供发展空间，拓宽发展方向。Shenzhen-HongKongmodernserviceindustrycooperationzoneinQianhaiundertakestheimportanthistoricalmissionofsupportingHongKongtointegrateintotheoveralldevelopmentofthecountry.ThreeTownsinUnit10ofQianhaiisoneoftheimportantspacecarriersplannedbyQianhaitosupportthedeepcooperationbetweenShenzhenandHongKonginmodernserviceindustry.ItfocusesonprovidingdevelopmentspaceforSZ-HKprofessionalserviceindustry,digitaleconomyindustry,headquarterseconomyindustryandheadquarterseconomyprojects,soastobroadenthedevelopmentdirection.三、招标范围III.BiddingContent
本次招标主要内容为建筑专业方案设计、景观专业方案设计、街坊统筹设计以及设计全过程的技术咨询服务。Themaincontentsofthisbiddingarearchitecturaldesign,landscapedesign,blockco-ordinationandtechnicalconsultingservicesinthewholeprocessofdesign.
本项目采用公开招标（资格预审）方式，分为第一阶段资格预审阶段；第二阶段方案投标阶段；第三阶段定标阶段。Theprojectadoptsopenbidding(pre-qualification).Stage1isPre-qualification,Stage2isSchemeBidding,andStage3isDecidingtheWinningBidder.

四、资格预审报名条件
IV.RegistrationRequirements?投标申请人须为中国境内外合法注册的企业法人或机构，且需具备建筑行业（建筑工程）甲级或以上资质（包括建筑设计事务所甲级）。
